Registration Information

  • Regular members who have paid their 2025 dues.

  • Retired members who have paid their 2025 dues.

  • For members who are unable to pay their registration fees by credit card because, for example, your court can only issue a check, send the check in the appropriate amount made payable to the "NCACC" (noting that it's for the 2025 conference registration) to Cassie Bradshaw at the National Center for State Courts, 300 Newport, Ave, Williamsburg, VA 23185. Other conference fees that are personal to you may be paid by credit card.

  • For speakers who are not NCACC members and for the presidents of other associations who have been invited to attend the conference at no charge.

  • The registration fee will depend on the level of sponsorship, which will appear when this status is selected.


Check the box if you will bring one or more adult (age 18 or older) guests to the social events on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings. Separate fees are charged for guests to attend the Vendor Lunch and the Awards Luncheon.

  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. For members of the NCACC Executive Committee

  • 12:30 - 1:00 PM.

  • 12:30 - 1:00 PM.

  • 5:30 - 7:30 PM.

  • 7:30 - 9:00 PM. Don't forget to bring items to be auctioned off to benefit the Education Fund, which pays for our session speakers, including the Opperman Speaker, and provides scholarships to members who might otherwise be financially unable to attend the annual meeting.

  • 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Event sponsored by Thomson Reuters. Dinner and access to the museum. First bus will board in front of the hotel at 5:45 PM.

  • 11:00 - 11:20 AM - Introductions and Opening of Vendor Show
    11:30 AM -12:00 PM - Vendor Showcase I
    1:20 - 1:150 PM - Vendor Showcase II
    2:00 - 2:30 PM - Vendor Showcase III

  • 12:00 - 1:20 PM. While having lunch, wander around the vendor area to meet the vendor participants and learn about their new technologies and products for courts.

  • 6:30 - 9:30 PM. Sponsored by LexisNexis. Dinner and access to the cultural center. First bus will load in front of the museum at 5:45 PM.

  • The Awards Luncheon was moved from Thursday to Wednesday so that more members and their guests can recognize and celebrate this year's recipients of the Morgan Thomas and J.O. Sentell Awards.

  • Starting time 2:00 PM. The fee for the tournament will be charged separately based on the number of golfers and the course fees. The tournament honors the memory of long-time NCACC member, dear friend, and fellow golfer, Joseph Lane.

  • 6:30 - 7:30 AM.

  • We will discuss what we did well and how we can improve for next year's conference.
